Marla Mullen-Sanford began her career with Bober Associates Inc. (BAI), a sports marketing firm headquartered in New York City. While at BAI, and then later with Octagon Sports, she acted as a sports agent representing professional athletes – negotiating player contracts and sponsorship deals in addition to overall brand development. In 2006 Marla changed gears to start an entrepreneurial venture in the real estate industry by co-founding Territory Real Estate.

Marla currently lives in Boston and runs Territory.com, a modern day brokerage geared towards web savvy home-buyers. Marla can also be found consulting buyers and sellers of luxury residential real estate on the island of Nantucket, occasional interior design work and sports consulting.
